How to belly dance again
How I did it: I took a four week series of classes at a local dance studio, and practiced the moves at home in between classes. I also watched a few instructional videos online, which added more detail to the information presented in the class.
Warm up stretches before beginning the class were key - after being hunched over a keyboard all day, I was often more stiff than I realized before I began stretching.
Lessons & tips: Find a dance studio close to your office or home, so it's easy to get to the classes even when you're very busy.
