How to run a marathon

How I did it: trained my body for extended periods of mild abuse and kept running/walking for 6 and a half hours. overhydrated myself and that made me lose the hour of extra time in the end since I had to carry more weight than I am used to.
Lessons & tips: take note of what you eat/drink very carefully
