How to get in shape and stay in shape
How I did it: I joined a gym and tried out all they had to offer. I signed up with a coach to learn how to box. I have been boxing now for about 18 months and I love it. It is a total body workout, I look great, I feel great and it is fun.
Lessons & tips: Choose something you enjoy or you won't stick with it. I found that I LOVE boxing, I don't want to stop when training is over, if you can find something you love, you will enjoy yourself while seeing great results!
Resources: New gym clothes, good gym shoes, mixing it up, walking, running, jump rope, kayaking.
