How to have health insurance
How I did it: Um, I got a job with benifits. I work for a grocey store as a 'regular part-time' (highest you can get without being out oof the front end or being managment). Basically it means I'm entitled to 24 hours a week and part-time level bennifits. And it also means I now can't switch jobs when I want to. I'm stuck there until I'm ready to get another job with benifits. Pre-existing conditions. F*ck. And they claim we have free health care. Just not for medication. Or ambulance rides. If you're Canadian you know it already.
Why the hell can't we just raise taxes so we can stop having to pay for all this stuff with our take-home pay? And why are we taxing people the government knows will be getting full refunds come tax time? Just to make our lives harder???
Lessons & tips: Don't get sick. Buy insurance, don't get it through an employer. And remember, don't get sick
