How to research negative calories

How I did it: Google baby. There is more than a little research available on the topic....scientific, and experiential. Make a shopping list, and plan to have at least half of what you consume during the 5 day week be out of the negative calorie food list.
Lessons & tips: Its not a magic pill. its just an additive to help a healthy lifestyle. The theory is, certain foods take more calorie energy to digest that is actually contained in the food itself. So by eating them, you are moving into calorie/expenditure deficit which equals weight loss. You cant eat only these foods, but they can make up the bulk of what you consume.
