How to sleep normal people hours (stop staying up so damn late, and sleeping all day..)

How I did it: I got a "normal job", exercised, and stopped smoking. It sounds less fun than it really is... but it has been worth it. I have found now that I am working and being more active during the day I am getting better sleep and more regular sleep.
Lessons & tips: Figure out what is going to work for you. We all need different hours of sleep. For me I found that I need 6-8 hours. More than that and I sleep too much and am tired all day and any less I am a cranky bear.
