How to take flying lessons by brooster

"Amazing"

How I did it: I listed this as a goal, without any intention of doing much with it for a long time.  It just sat there for a while before I couldn't ignore it any longer.  So I phoned up and booked a trial lesson.  Nothing taxing here.

I thought I might get scared once we were ready to go, but fortunately my excitement defeated my cowardly instincts.

It was just fantastic.

Lessons & tips: No tips.  But I just enjoyed it so much.  Best thing I've done in ages.

Resources:

  • A phone to book the lesson
  • An instructor with a plane
  • Nerves of steel (not really required, because it was too much fun to be a scared)

It was just so cool and really beautiful. Definately no bravery needed or you could have counted me out!

I think I’ve spent the last couple of days acting as if I am the first person ever to do it. And apparently I’m not :-D

More importantly though, welcome back and I hope you’re feeling better.
