How to stop lying

"Telling the truth is so much easier than lying."
How I did it: I didn't realize how often I lied until I really thought about it. But I lied a LOT. It took a while to catch myself in every lie and to stop, but it feels good to know that I am being honest all the time now.

I am dealing with a big lying problem. I lie all the time about stupid stuff, and really horrible stuff. I have no idea why or how to stop. How did you stop?
