How to stop eating everything in sight
How I did it: I stepped on a scale. . . I realized something needed to change. My eating habits we're causing me to look and feel like absolute crap. I decided to eat healthier, and more specifically, stop myself from eating everything in sight. This was difficult because I work in an environment where I can eat delicious (and ridiculously unhealthy) foods. I started drinking a lot of water, filling up on veggies and fruits, and focusing my attention to other activities. There were times when I'd be talking to customers and the only thing on my mind was how badly I wanted a cookie. Not anymore :D
