How to drink absinthe

How I did it: Went to spain on holiday and purchased a couple of bottle much to my parents disgust, brought them back home with me to england and thought id crack it open to celebrate (or commiserate) my a-levels. :)
Lessons & tips: if you do not like liquorish or anicede (ewww) dont try it... i literally had a shot and nearly was sick purely from the taste. so unfortunately did not get to feel the "full effects" of absinthe :(
