How I did it: I found that using baking soda and hydrogen peroxide was very effective.  I didn't need to go to the dentist.  I didn't drop hundreds of dollars.  I actually ended up spending about five bucks.  I think having a Sonic Care toothbrush helped, but my fiancee doesn't have one and it worked for her, too.

Lessons & tips: Don't swallow the hydrogen peroxide!
