How I did it: i think i'm getting good at it.The fact is, the main way of doing this is, quite strangely, getting yourself into enough disputes and arguments, until there comes a time when you just can't handle it anymore.That's the time when your brain, tired of battling the toxic people in your life, decides to take a break and to detach itself from any further harm.
