How I did it: I decided to put all the books I'd been struggling through on hold, and pick up some more fun books. I've found I prefer to read non-fiction over fiction, but in the end I forced myself to read ONE fiction book, just so I could feel well-rounded. The majority of the books I borrow from friends and got at discount bookstores so it didn't cost a lot of money. I'd say overall the books mainly dealt with self-improvement so I can definitely say doing this made me a better person!
Lessons & tips: Some books (especially self-help) can tend to be a bit too dry. Try listening to it on your ipod while you're running! I'm on the last chapter of a book right now and I'm excited to go running now to finish it.
