How to get my weight loss back on track
How I did it: I started to concentrate on what i was eating, and preparing food in advance so i wasn't grabbing the easiest snack. I am cutting up vegetables to have snacks in the car, as I drive alot, and a bottle of water. It is also a good way tp save moeny because I am not buying at convenience stores and petrol stations
Lessons & tips: Chop up vegetable sticks to have in the car and just for when you are a bit nibbly
