How to whiten my teeth by DulceBesos

"It was an everyday activity"

How I did it: I brushed my teeth everyday with baking soda, and it actually helped, it tasted bad at first, butt then you get use to it, and it does make your teeth so much whiter. :]

Resources: Brush your teeth at least 3 times a day.
Two times with baking soda.
Floss
Wash rinse

Side effects of baking soda?

Hi, cheers for your accomplishment. I would just like to if there are any side effects in using baking soda as a whitening agent for your teeth. tnx :D

Not at all!

I did some research myself, before i started using baking soda, and it doesnt have any side effects at all, it how ever helps maintain your teeth clean, baking soda was used as tooth paste in the 18th century, you can research it yourself if you dont believe me, start off with small amounts though, since over using it, may hurt your gums.

I use Crest strips & they are great, but baking soda would sure be cheaper. I’m gonna try it!
