How I did it: Well, I had to buy a bike, and wait for it to get cooler out and stop procrastinating! It was only four miles, but a total trip of eight, so I really feel like I got a workout in. I just woke up one morning, decided it was time I try it, and went into work.
Lessons & tips: do it in the early morning, it feels great outside! the ride home is a bit harder, but well worth it. get a seat that fits you!
Resources: ride away bicycles (where I bought my bike), and self motivation.
