How to take up yoga
"It was amazing!"
How I did it: I just researched a class in town and was determined to go. I brought my flatmate along. I absolutely loved it. I go to an early morning class on Saturday mornings and spend the rest of my day feeling relaxed, happy and optimistic.
Lessons & tips: Just do it. Wear tight fitting clothing and dont laugh when doing silly poses and just concentrate on your breathing.
