How to complete a triathlon
"Ontario Womens Triathlon Series."
How I did it: 10 weeks of hard training with coach Kim and a good attitude and I was ready. Read books, swim drills, ran trail, rode bikes. All good. Plan an event and get busy for it, never give up, and you can make it. Hell if I can.
