How to forget someone
"hard and painful"
How I did it: by focusing on other things and avoiding contact with them or seeing them. Now, I hardly ever think of this person and practically all my anger and resentment has disappeared and I have moved on
Lessons & tips: do other things than think about it all the time, like, do what you enjoy! ( hobbies..etc)
avoid seeing them as this will make you feel all that pain again
get rid of any pictures..emails..notes...etc to do with them
