How to lose ten pounds
How I did it: At first I started the healthy and hard way. I worked out and ate perfectly for a month going from 156-150lbs. Then this month school started and I got really stressed out and stopped exercising and started eat very little. That took me from 150lbs to 145.6lbs in 24 days.
Lessons & tips: Even during the most stressful times of your life, eat healthy and if
you can't at least eat minimally. Eating next to nothing was a far
better more option than binging for me.
