How to be in a Sondheim musical

How I did it: My friend Clay offered me the music director position for "Assassins" and I took it, and it restored my faith in what artist can do when the egos are dropped and the main focus is the craft of putting on a brilliant production.
That and I am 23. Music directing a Sondheim production that young makes my resume pop.
