How to find out who my ancestors are
How I did it: I can't summerize how I did it in only 150 characters! But I will try my best. I talked to relatives, searched through ever type of record available on human activity in the U.S., even before there was a United States of America. (Yes in the far West former Spanish colonies there are written records). I was steady in my work going over details & asking questions. compiling my work to verify relationships.
Lessons & tips: Keep an open mind & seek a fresh set of eyes often as yyou need to. I created my own blog to track my progress with family and friends.
