Drinking more water helps

How I did it: After my morning espresso, i just got in the habit of drinking a large glass of water whether i felt thirsty or not. i rarely have a glass of water in the morning but i think adding this ritual into my morning routine sets a good pace of drinking more water throughout the day. I try to drink at least one large cup of water while at work and at least one in the evening before i go to bed.
Lessons & tips: i would buy a Sigg water bottle and keep it with me, particularly while i'm driving.

I have a brita pitcher on my desk at work.
I fill it up each day and drink it and it really helps me.
I have had a lot of digestive problems and that is really helping me get straightened out.
It is necessary for me to have good health as I have 3 kids and do a lot of hiking.

ilove espresso too, ironically this is helping me drink more water in its self. because i heard coffee is a “diuretic” (it actually removes water from your system). i would imagine espresso would be worse on this because its concentrated.
Water intake must be combined with the proper amount of food and salt intake, or any excess consumption of water may result in other problems with the body.
If you want to get serious about health then Drink CLEAN Water.
First thing every morning drink a cold glass. I’ve heard drinking a full glass of cold water 30 minutes before eating helps burn fat? Maybe i’ll look it up now and post what I find.


this is a great idea – i dont think i could give up my morning coffee, but it would be easy to just add a glass of water afterwards!!

its always hard for me to drink more water b/c im lazy of doing anything but i think im going to start getting a habit of drinking. =] especially in the morning n before i eat.
that is really a gr8 start ….
I have also read that a one should drink 6 to 8 glass of water a day
