How I did it: I studied and studied.  I made sure I went through my materials from beginning to end and reviewed on a timely basis. 

I came up with a plan before I started to study for a section and I tried to stick to it as best as I could.  Additionally, I made use of flashcards; they may or may not have helped me as much.

Lessons & tips: Be consistent with a study plan and stick to it.
