How to run a half marathon
"I feel like I can do anything I put my mind to now"
How I did it: A lot of running during the week, a lot of support from the love of my life, and perseverance. Keeping a positive attitude and believing in myself was key to being able to finish.
Lessons & tips: Believe, believe, believe! Start small and gradually work your way up. You"ll be less likely to quit and get discouraged.
