How to participate more in class and talk loud in class

"I think it is good to be loud and talk in class it is helping me...."
How I did it: One day I just rased my hand once then I did it more that day the next I did it too and so on!!! I think that me rasing my hand is getting me to understand the things we are learning!!! I hope others can do this goal too but it took me a long time and I think that it should not take you as long....
Lessons & tips: I have the tips that when you want to do this goal go for it and rase your hand you might not be loud at frist but then you will start being loud!!!!
Resources: What helped me was all my teachers because at frist when I did not raise my hand my teachers would call on me then I would know it is not that hard to say the answer or read a little it is really a little fun!!!!!!
