How to have better posture
How I did it: A while back, my chiropractor suggested I do some neck-muscle exercises to straighten up my posture. These are accomplished by standing straight with your back against the wall, and slowly tightening your neck muscles and bringing your head back against the wall.
Always look straight forward when doing this, and only do 10-20 of them per session, and only 3 sessions a day at the most, else you'll have a severely sore neck.
