How to feel good
How I did it: devoted therapy sessions for the past 3 years, getting sick of having the problems i have, getting sick of feeling bad about things i didn't really cause to happen.... getting sick of deserving to feel good yet feeling terrible. running out of patience & getting there just for the fock of it -i has to has this sh*t!

the first exercise i came up with that actually worked:
calm down physically and try to silence the voices in your head, all of them, not one word. shh. shuttit! stow! and when the pricless second of you brain being silent comes you look for the stomach feeling -what do i really want right now? and you just go for it -no strings attached, but just the thing you want. it's a lot like having Capt. Jack Sparrow's compass ;)
the other exercise which my friend suggested to me when i was paniccing in public:
take a deep breath, and decide that when you breathe out, all the uncomfortable things you are feeling will go out. you deserve this.
Resources: my therapist, smelling fresh fruits in a fruit cocktail you're having, standing in the sun and giving yourself time and space to be exactly who you need to be right now.
