How to learn to crochet
It made me
yay! 
"It was exhilarating to finally be able to do something I've wanted to know how to do for a while."
How I did it: I was taught how to crochet at a festival by a kind woman who had a stall dedicated to the cause.
When I came home, I got myself a crochet hook and some yarn and looked up tutorials on youtube to anchor my newly found skills.
I set myself a task to crochet a basic granny blanket, and haven't stopped since!
Lessons & tips:
- Have someone show you in person, it is much easier when you can have someone go through what they just did.
- Buy second hand yarn from charity shops, it is much cheaper, plus it counts for recycling!
