How to be able to jog for thirty minutes
"with persistence, you can do anything!"
How I did it: i lost about 50 pounds first.
then i started jogging around my neighborhood in the mornings.
after i lost another 10 pounds, i started jogging on the treadmill at the gym.
i waited until i lost a lot of weight so that it wouldn't as hard for me and so i wouldn't be as embarrassed jogging at the gym in front of the other people.
i focused mostly on endurance, not speed.
every time i went to the gym (5 days a week), i would jog for a period of time as part of my workout.
slowly, but surely, i built up enough power to make this goal a reality!

push yourself a little more every day.
