How to drink more tea
"Took some time getting used to, but its well worth it!"
How I did it: Well, just taking the initiative to drink more tea everyday (2 or more cups a day). After doing some research before starting, I choose to drink Oolong Tea as my weapon of choice (Great for losing weight, clearing up the digestion system, and excellent cure for keeping clear and healthy skin).
Instead of drinking the normal soda/beer/ect, I just stuck with water and tea. Instantly, I noticed that I had more energy and just felt healthier.
I would recommend it to anyone who has the ambition to become a more energized, healthy being.
Lessons & tips: So many benifits to drinking healthier liquids. Just take some initiative and start!
