Practice. Eat. Practice.
Be open to different ingredients to get your own flava

talk to ya grandma and aunties and party ladies
taste-test.
Learn to make your jollof not mushy, your meat not too tough or soft. Correct okra. Perfect amount of pepper and spice.
Also master other foods ( Jamaican, Indian ) and you will appreciate Naija food all the more and be able to switch it up when you need to!
