How I did it: i hadn't realised how important finding a good church is. i actually enjoy going to church most of the time now, and find it very helpful. it is very important to find one where the teaching is biblical and the people are friendly and inclusive. i've found it helpful to share lifts with another person so i am accountable to someone, and to get involved in a bible study too.
