How to be 100% happy for an entire day, midnight to midnight.

How I did it: There might have been a few sour moments, but I can’t remember them because I had an amazing time this weekend, and I’ve really been trying to look on the bright side of things. I can’t remember how long ago its been since I’ve felt so good. I had tons of fun with my husband, and we both smiled… a lot. :)
Lessons & tips: On a free day, do something fun and exciting. Go alone or with a friend who will make the both of you feel good. And most importantly, let go of things and have fun.
