How to lose 10% of my body weight
How I did it: I started exercising again (I had completely given up) I started walking, then running, doing a little bit of weights (though not as much as I should because weight bore me) and also re-incorporated yoga into my routine.
Also, I had to learn portion control.
It sucks--but it's important.
Started cooking vs. getting take out
Took out most processed foods
Simple carbs as well
(which was most of my diet before) and started trying all kinds of new dishes with flavors and ingredients I hadn't tried before.
Once a week I have a "splurge" meal so I don't feel deprived.

I couldn't have done this without my husband's support. He is always encouraging me to reach my goals and dreams--And motivates me to go out and work out together.
