How to work out 2 to 3 times a week with kettlebells + proper warm up and cool down for a week to get point.
How I did it: i did it gentely.
dont listen to peapl telling you that you have to be some hard core nutter to work out and be healthy,
anything you can do, and do for the long term consistantly is what is right. so start slowly and keep getting better and pushing your self.
if u can only do 5 push ups do five.
once you are fully recovered do 6.
Lessons & tips: train for strengh and flexibilty.
traning for endurance will lead to a slower metabalism, smaller heart, less muscle mass streangh or speed.
