How to receive/send a postcrossing postcard

"Interesting. First i sent 4 postcards to China, Finland, Germany and the US. I just received two cards (the Netherlands and Germany). You get points for every postcard that is received. I'll continue postcrossing :)"
How I did it: Enter postcrossing.com and register, you'll be given 5 points that you can use to get 5 random addresses to send your first postcards. Mail them, and once the postcard is received the person will register it. Just wait until you also receive a postcard.
Lessons & tips: Try to read the profile of the person you will be sending your postcard to. Some people are looking for specific types of postcards (landscapes, vintage).
