How to redo library website

How I did it: We have a "service" that we use for our web pages. It was (and will continue to be) a frustrating process since I can't do everything I like unless I really want to go in and write code from scratch. Unfortunately, I don't have that kind of time with all the other things on my plate. But I think what I've come up with is better and cleaner. It's likely time to do some usability surveys, but that will have to wait until some other big projects are completed.
