How I did it: I’ve set this goal not because I wanted to lose wait but because I’ve had very bad eating habits. I would eat just to fill my tummy and paid no attention to how often or the nutritional value.
When I fell pregnant, I've experienced really bad morning sickness which has lead to a condition called hyperemesis gravidum. I was constantly vomiting to the point where I was dehydrated and my body went into 'starved' mode. This couldn't be controlled by drugs, so I ended up in hospital for a week, on the drip, weak and depressed. I couldn't eat for a few days and then my nutritionist gave me a meal plan to slowly start me off eating normally again. I really appreciate my health and feel that my body deserves a lot more respect from me.
I've learnt about the function and nutritional value of different foods and how to plan meals for the whole day. I used to live on tea and toast on rotation and that would be my meal for the whole day...Now, I'm eating a variety of different foods, loads of water and fruits. I’m breastfeeding as well – so I’m keeping on track for the sake of the baby.
I've also developed a love for cooking, so enjoy making healthy meals for myself and my family.
Lessons & tips: It's all about variety.

Great to hear you’ve been so successful. I had a similar experience by used http://www.mealmixer.com instead. It does everything from selecting meals based on my taste to tracking my diet and exercise and putting together my shopping list.
Maybe there are other things out there to use too???
