How to run a marathon
"Lots of training, then lots of pain on race day for the last 3 miles"
How I did it: Ran a lot. Start training early. Initially training won't take too much time, but since you add mileage each week, by the end you'd better plan on spending around 5-6 hours a week on training.
Lessons & tips: Don't skimp on the long runs.
