How I did it: hey what kind of explanation anybody needs here. Easy as 1,2,3:

1) Go to the beach
2) take off your clothes
3) sun into the sea...

ideally at night or an unpopulated place - I think you might get some problems otherwise - smile.

Lessons & tips: it's a lot of fun especially after a BBQ. It's also something that is done on a sailing boat - you just skinny dip naked ther is a whole sea around and nobody that can be bothered.
