How I did it: I just decided on a place, called up the restaurant made a bookind and wrot a couple of emails of people I think could be interested. I went to barbara Shers Webpage and checked if there is an international part. From the international part on i checked if there is a German speaking forum. There was so i posted the information and off we go!
Lessons & tips: As in everything it's as simpel as: Just do it!
