How to dance at least once a week
How I did it: I just made a point to get out and go dancing at least one a week, sometimes I went every night of the week and there were some weeks that I wasn't able to go...especially after an encounter with the ground in a gravity storm (motorcycle crash). Though I left room for the leeway and figured that as long I averaged out to dancing at least once a week it would count. And without a doubt I danced more than 1 a week when you average it out :D.
Lessons & tips: First off, I suggest going with someone. Either a dance parter, a friend, family member. Some who also shares your passion for dance. So that when you are kinda feeling like your dancing is not the greatest (we all have such days, as we all have days when we feel amazing) they can help spark that excitment or at least get you to go out with them and you can do the same fo rthem when they are down.
Plus, if you have a dance partner you can keep practicing what you had learned and continue to grow! You'll make faster progress that way (if you are not already taking lessons) since you have another mind to help you remember things you forgot or things you need to work on.
