How to lose weight

How I did it: it took an internal change. I got on the scale one day and realized that i had hit bottom. I hated how i looked how i felt the life iwas living.
I realized that loosing weight is more about changing your life than actually shedding pounds. I also realized that i had to accept my body for what it was.
Lessons & tips: Take it slow. loose weight 5 pounds a month for a year. talk to a doctor. Mostly figure out why you became overweight in the first place, there is a reason, eating is just the coping mechanism.
exercise 20 minutes everyday.
Resources: Forgiveness. Dont do diets just eat healthy, eat enough, and drink water.
Diets rely their continued success on a 95 percent failure rate.
