How to have clear skin
How I did it: The Regimen is posted here somewhere, but just Google it if you can't find it. Just basically use a very gentle, moisturizing cleanser for your face (I've found I can use any decent moisturizing body wash!), a good moisturizer (I use an organic aloe vera lotion), and if you must use an acne cream, try Neutrogena's On-The-Spot with 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, which is enough to kill the acne-causing bacteria, but not enough to dry and irritate your skin, which causes more break-outs. DON'T exfoliate, except for maybe very gently once a week or every two weeks, and if you do, be sure you're not using something that'll tear up your skin, like the ones with ground-up apricot seeds and such. Those soft nylon bath gloves do the job nicely for me, when I need it. :)
Lessons & tips: See above...it may not work for everyone, but I had tried almost everything in existence before this simple method, with only limited success at best.
