How to wake up when my alarm clock goes off
"Took awhile to establish the habit, but it is so nice to not rush in the mornings and get things done."
How I did it: I used three different alarms set to go off within five minutes of each other around the room. It was annoying but soon I had the habit of just getting up and stop hitting the snooze.
Lessons & tips: It is really worth doing, It is so nice to have time in the mornings, extra coffee, workout, or run errands, and all before work!
