How to practice Yoga
How I did it: After feeling very fatigued and lazy for a long time, i decided to start practicing yoga. Not only did i want to feel good but i wanted to find inner peace when stress had taken me over. It took me about a month to get used to it and practice it everyday but now i feel so much better! I feel great and look great! I have a very toned body shape, i don't feel like a skinny child anymore.
Lessons & tips: At first it seems tough to keep up with it but stick with it, its very rewarding!
