How to quit Smoking
How I did it: A friend suggested trying electronic cigarette (e-cig) - my quit date was still 2 months away at the time, so I ordered the e-cig, figuring it would take me at least that long to quit.
I started using the e-cig and quickly realized that I didn't need to smoke my real cigarettes at all. The e-cig gives me everything I got from smoking, except the danger to my life.
There's no smoke, just vapor!
No fire, no ashtray, no tar, no stains, no smell on my hair, clothes & breath.
I have been getting this Quit Smoking e-mail reminder from myself for a long time. I usually delete it pretty quickly because I'm a smoker. I love to smoke, I enjoy my routine and frankly, I was kinda pissed off that I had to quit at all. I've been smoking for 26 years, so it had to be done.
The thing is, I feel like I'm still smoking every day!! Today is the 79th day since I put down tobacco cigarettes!!
Lessons & tips: You can expect to love it or be skeptical, it doesn't matter. Either way, the e-cig will work for you. It really looks, feels & tastes like smoking.
Here's something fun: I found a website where I made a banner to show how long since I quit, how much money I'm saving and how many cigarettes I have not smoked!
