How I did it: My weight was 40kg (88.19 lb) ... I was going through a hard time..... and one day i said to myself: this has to change.

So I started going to the gym and eated everything i could ....more than 3 meals a day.

It was VERY hard ... but i knew i had to do it .

And now my weight is 50kg (110.23 lb) , the perfect weight for me.... i must confess that there were times that i thought i couldnt do it, but you must now that your inner power is so strong that nothing is going to interfere between you and your dream.
