How to update my website
It made me 
"I realized it was more important to update the site than to make it the fanciest showcase of latest website tricks: a site without updates is a dead site."
How I did it: I just sat down and finally focused on it on webgurus.com. It didn't need to be overly fancy or full of showy tricks. It just needed to be resurrected and updated.
Lessons & tips: Stop fussing and keep it simple.
